Currently our company is looking for the multilingual professionals for the position of the customer satisfaction interviewer. The candidate should speak on of the following languages on the proficient level C2 close to native: German, Turkish, French, Portuguese, Finish, Spanish, Dutch, Slovak, Czech, Norwegian.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Should speak one of the above languages on the native or close to native level, also should know English on the B1 level as the minimum, preferably higher education;
  • Should be familiar with the PC;
  • Should have basic knowledge of the customer care;
  • Should have good diction, should be hard working, active and reliable.

Responsibility:

  • Conduct customer satisfaction interviews on behalf of World known corporations.
